Our washing line is designed for a variety of films recovered from garbage, namely ,stretch film, sheets and thick films etc. which are difficult to dry.
Depending on the state of the materials, we are able to recommend a machine with output ranging from 300-2000kg/h for your usage.
Specifications:
This unit includes belt conveyor, crusher, screw conveyor, floating washer, screw conveyor, high speed friction washer, screw conveyor, dewatering machine, drying system1, storage hopper for transition, drying system2, storage hopper.
Belt conveyor:1.5~2.2kw,workers should put the material on the rotary belt,which feed the film into crusher.
Crusher:37~75kw, it will crush the material into small pieces 24hours/day without stop,crushing with water will cool the knives and clean the film firstly.
Screw conveyor:1.5~7.5kw, feeding the material into next step,with spray rinsing and double layer mesh inside, rub and clean the material.
Floating washer:2.2kw*2, dipping in cold water will separate the dirt,sand,the impurity will sink down into the water and get out from draining outlet.

High speed friction washer:22~45kw, High speed rotary and friction create centrifugal force to smash and remove the paper pulp.

Dewatering machine: 45~110kw, high speed rotary will remove the water and paper,the brush outside of mesh will sweep the paper down.
Drying system1: 36~100kw, blowing the dry material into next step.
Storage hopper for transition:transition silo for material.
Drying system2: 36~100kw, blowing the dry material into next step,the hot air from the heater will dry the material in the pipes again.
Storage hopper: collecting the clean material.
