milk bottles washing machinery Description: 

1Milk bottles are basically different in different countries some having printed labels which will require label remover, blowers to wash, separate and dry the materials to reach optimum conditions. We can designed washing lines to suit different needs. Capacity range is 300kg/h-2000kg/h.

Specifications:

This unit includes belt conveyor,label separator, manual separating table,metal detector, belt conveyor, crusher, screw conveyor, hot washer, screw conveyor, floating washer, screw conveyor, high speed friction washer, screw conveyor, dewatering machine,, drying system,label separator by air, storage hopper.

Belt conveyor:1.5~2.2kw,workers should put the material on the rotary belt,which feed the film into label separator.

Label separator:22kw, it will scrap and remove most of the labels on the surface of bottles, rest few labels will be removed by later label separator.

Manual separating table:1.5~2.2kw, workers should pick up the no-needed bottles, stones or some labels etc.

Metal detector:0.4kw,metal detector will detect the metals and stop the belt.

Belt conveyor:1.5~2.2kw, feeding the bottles which out of the seperator into crusher.

Crusher:37~75kw, it will crush the material into small pieces 24hours/day without stop,crushing with water will cool the knives and clean the film firstly.

Screw conveyor:1.5~7.5kw, feeding the material into next step,with spray rinsing and double layer mesh inside, rub and clean the material.

Hot floating washer:2.2kw*2 and 48kw, Feeding the material in the hot water, it can delete the oil.

Screw conveyor:1.5~7.5kw, feeding the material into next step,and rub the material.

Floating washer:2.2kw*2, dipping in cold water will separate the dirt,sand,the impurity will sink down into the water and get out from draining outlet.

Screw conveyor:1.5~7.5kw, feeding the material into next step,and rub the material.

High speed friction washer:22~45kw, High speed rotary and friction create centrifugal force to smash and remove the paper pulp.

Screw conveyor: 1.5~7.5kw, feeding the material into next step,and rub the material.

Dewatering machine: 45~110kw, high speed rotary will remove the water and paper,the brush outside of mesh will sweep the paper down.

Drying system: 36~100kw, blowing the dry material into next step,the hot air from the heater will dry the material in the pipes again.

Label separator by air: 16.5kw,after hot air, rest adhesive labels will be separated from flakes, the blower will suck the light labels and blow them out, last flakes will drop with no labels to the silo.

Storage hopper: collecting the clean material.
