Capable to process PVC pipes with different thickness and diameter, the washing line’s capacity ranges 300kg/h-2000kg/h.
The shredder and crusher apply advanced technology; its heat and dynamic balance treatment guarantee low noise and high stability when running. Also with special material for blades, they have advantages of high crushing capacity and long blade longevity. With filtration mesh size optional, final PVC washed material can have different size according to customers’ request, its cleanness allows it possible to be applied in injection molding field.
Washing parts contacted with water or material is made of thick SUS304, improving whole washing line’s anti-corrosion level.
